Το σεμινάριο βασίστηκε στις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές που έχουν αναπτυχθεί στα πλαίσια του ευρωπαϊκού προγράμματος DREAM (Development and Run-test of an Educational Affective Model), σκοπός του οποίου είναι η ανάπτυξη ενός καινοτόμου ψυχοπαιδαγωγικού μοντέλου, με επίκεντρο τη σχέση του ενήλικα με το παιδί στα σχολικά και εκπαιδευτικά πλαίσια από την βρεφική ηλικία έως την ηλικία των 10 ετών.
